College Office
Welcome Juniors! As you begin the college process, please keep an open mind and take the time to learn about yourself and the variety of colleges out there so that you can find the best fit for your college experience. I will be meeting individually with all Junior families during the spring semester to discuss your college list and specific application strategies. I also hope that the resources found on Scoir will be useful to you as a way to research schools. You will be receiving your logon information at the end of January. Additionally, please refer to the handouts below to help guide you through the college search and application process. By working together and keeping the lines of communication open, I am confident that you will all find wonderful matches for college. Junior year is a great time to start exploring college campuses and getting a feel of the type of environment you are looking for. You will also be taking the PSAT for the last time this October. Starting in the spring of your junior year you should plan to sit for the SAT and/or ACT. This will give you an idea of your scores and allow you to study over the summer and take the exam as a senior to find out if your score improves. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
