Mark Strasser graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a dual degree in Physical Education and Health, and a minor in Psychology. In school, Mark enjoyed a successful football carreer as the captain of his football team, and earned Academic All-American honors. After CCSU, Mark spent a year playing football in Sweden where he also taught english to high school students.
Upon returning to the states, Mark earned his masters from the University of Alabama. There he also became a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Mark traveled within the Minnesota Twins organization as a strength and conditioning coach for two seasons. He has also taught physical education for three years in the metro Boston area.
Mark has been at Eleanor Roosevelt High School since September of 2005 teaching Physical Education, serving as the athletic director, while coaching football, basketball and softball.
